Telehealth Consults

Online consults and classes are a fantastic way to get IBCLC support, education, and advice in a safe manner, and all without leaving your home!

For my online consults, I use the PIPEDA-compliant version of Zoom (which adheres to the highest level of Privacy law in Canada).

I always want to provide my clients with the best possible lactation support, and due to Covid-19, Telehealth is a great way to accomplish this. I use the PIPEDA-compliant version of Zoom (which adheres to the highest level of Privacy law in Canada).

Initial Consult and Follow-up

Personalized, one-on-one IBCLC education and support. We can discuss your infant feeding questions and concerns, discuss current feeding practices, and create plans to improve your experience. This method is best for general breastfeeding discussion. We can cover topics such as: milk supply, infant feeding and fullness cues, breast milk storage, when to supplement, types of formula and how to prepare, etc. Several concerns, such as chronic nipple pain or infection, potential tongue-tie or infant weight gain, cannot be appropriately assessed by this method. A home visit may be recommended once it is safe to do so. This comes with one 30 min follow-up meeting through Zoom as well as unlimited phone and email follow-up for 2 weeks after your first appointment.
