Online Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
During this class, we discuss some basic anatomy related to milk production, how to set yourself up for success on Day 1, how to know if your baby is eating enough, how to recognize and manage common breastfeeding issues and more!
Online Infant Feeding Consult
Personalized, one-on-one IBCLC education and support. We can discuss your infant feeding questions and concerns, discuss current feeding practices, and create plans to improve your experience. This method is best for general breastfeeding discussion. We can cover topics such as: milk supply, infant feeding and fullness cues, breast milk storage, when to supplement, types of formula and how to prepare, etc. Several concerns, such as chronic nipple pain or infection, potential tongue-tie or infant weight gain, cannot be appropriately assessed by this method. A home visit may be recommended once it is safe to do so. Each online consult comes with unlimited phone and email follow-up for 2 weeks afterwards.
Prenatal Birth Preparation Class
As a Labour and Delivery nurse with over 10 years of experience, I designed this course to prepare you for early labour, pain management, medications, inductions, delivery methods, and more. We also cover your first few days as a family and discuss infant sleep, feeding, safety, and maternal well-being.
